SWSS operates Groundwater Discharge Permit Systems as well as TITLE V Innovate/Alternative Systems; this includes small packaged treatment plants and alternative treatment systems, such as trickling filters. These systems range in size from single residential, to commercial buildings and office parks, residential complexes and subdivisions. SWSS performs routine inspections of these systems, implements or facilitates repairs, conducts all sampling, process control adjustments and compliance work.
